Replacement palm pads are available for Kinesis
contoured keyboards and for Maxim adjustable keyboards. It is
remarkable how comfortable your keyboard feels with a thin layer of foam cushioning your
palms! Pads are gray, made from 1/8" closed-cell foam with a woven nylon cover and
self-adhesive backing.
ClikWareTM is mouse click software which allows user to perform any mouse click with a key or foot switch. Purchase ClikWare for use with a Classic or Ergo Elan contoured keyboard (it is already included when purchasing a Professional contoured keyboard or a Programmable Foot Switch). Only compatible with Windows 95/98 (not Windows NT).
KeyWareTM New Windows 98 version! This optional utility for programmable contoured keyboards that allows user to archive the keyboard's on-board memory as a computer file. Purchase KeyWare for use with a Classic or Ergo Elan contoured keyboard (it is already included when purchasing a Professional contoured keyboard). KeyWare does not work when using a Programmable Foot Switch with a contoured keyboard, and is only compatible with Windows 3.1x and Windows 95/98 (not compatible with Windows NT).

Upgrades and repairs are available
only direct from Kinesis. Most service work is completed within 48 hours. Call or email
for options and pricing. Provide your keyboard serial number, approximate purchase date,
and address. Some upgrades can be accomplished without returning your keyboard to Kinesis.
Upgrade: Your Essential keyboard can be programmable! Or add the newest features by upgrading your firmware (Model 120 or newer models only). Many upgrades can be accomplished in the field. Contact Sales with your keyboard's serial number.
Detailing available:. Restore your dirty old keyboard to squeaky-clean condition. Keyboard is completely disassembled, all plastic parts hand washed and restored. Only $35 plus shipping for Model 130 and newer keyboards. $50 for Model 100, Model 110, Model 120. Turnaround is typically 3-4 business days. Return shipping not included.
Non-warranty repairs: on your older contoured keyboard. Most repairs can be completed for the minimum $35 plus shipping ($50 for your collectible Model 100 and for Models 110 and 120). Repair work is guaranteed for 90 days. If we cannot repair your older keyboard, or if your repair fails within the guarantee period, you may apply the repair charge (excluding shipping charges) to the purchase of any new keyboard from Kinesis (cannot be combined with other discounts or special sale pricing)
